Marian L. Hart

1927 - 2011

Marian L. HartWarren - Marian L. Hart, 84, died Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
 
Marian was born February, 27, 1927, in Bristolville, the daughter of Stanford and Maye (Cross) Waddell.
 
She worked as an assembler for 15 years at Packard Electric and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Southington.
 
Marian married William H. Hart on February 20, 1946.
 
Marian leaves behind William, her husband of 65 years; a son, William (Brenda) Hart, Jr. of Southington; a daughter, Debbie (Greg) Christman of Cortland:five grandchildren, Kevin, Kaycee, Bill, Eric and Carrie; and four great-grandchildren.
 
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Gano, Muriel Kovack and Ruth Smith; and brothers, Carl, Ray and Lester Weddell.
 
Funeral services for Marian will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am, with a calling hour one hour prior to the service at 10:00 am, at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
 
Burial will take place in Crown Hill Burial Park.
 
Material contributions may be sent to American Legion Post 751, P.O. Box 307, Southington, Ohio 44470.

Naomi R. Burkholder

1917 - 2011

Warren - Naomi R. Burkholder, 94, died Wednesday morning, December 14, 2011 at Community Skilled Health Care in Warren.
 
Naomi was born March 27, 1917 in Barnesboro, PA, the daughter of James and Ruth (Lee) Greenaway.
 
She was employed by Ohio Lamp, and later Packard Electric as an assembler.
 
Naomi enjoyed spending time with her family, was an avid bingo player, and loved cooking and baking. She was a member of the Methodist Faith.
 
Naomi married Thomas B. Burkholder Jr. in November of 1949. 
 
Naomi leaves behind Thomas, her husband of 62 years; her son, Thomas B. (Charlotte) Burkholder III; and two grandchildren, Trevor and Shane Burkholder.
 
Preceding Naomi are three sisters, Lois Rossi, Jane Raymond and Ruth Cline; and her brother, James Greenaway.
 
Private services were held Friday at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
 
Entombment has taken place at Crown Hill Burial Park.

Frances M. Davis-Lelesch

1932 - 2011

Warren - Frances M. Davis - Lelesch, 79, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Hospice House in Poland.
 
Frances was born in Warren, December 8, 1932, the daughter of John R. and Pearl (Webb) Davis.
 
She was a press operator at H.K. Porter for 27 years.
 
Frances loved being with her family and enjoyed crocheting, playing poker and baking cinnamon rolls. She was also an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
 
Frances leaves behind two daughters, Patricia A. (Bill) Legg of San Antonio, TX, and Dolores M. (Tim) Schick of Napersville, IL; two sons, Arthur R. (Victoria) Davis III of Newton Falls and Thayne R. (Marie) Albrecht of Niles; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
 
Her parents, four brothers and two sisters preceded Frances in death.
 
Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum with the service at 7 pm.
 
The family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley for the care and kindness given to Frances.
 
Inurnment will take place in Crown Hill Burial Park.

Katherine V. Forrest

1946 - 2011

Warren - Katherine V. Forrest, 65, died Monday, December 26, 2011 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
 
Katherine was born October 25, 1946, in Warren, the daughter of Robert G. and Bernice (Loper) Davis.
 
She worked as a laborer for Wetzel Inc. for 10 years, and as a firefighter for four years. Katherine was Warren Township’s first female firefighter.
 
Katherine loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking.
 
She married Charles Forrest, Sr. January 20, 1970. Charles died in 2007.
 
Survivors include her mother, Bernice (Loper) Davis of Warren: her daughter, Kimberly A. Everhart of Braceville; her sons, Timothy Reeves of Cleveland and Charles (Julie) Forrest, Jr. of Warren;15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
 
Her husband and father preceded her in death.
 
A memorial service will be 11:00 am, Friday at Crown Hill Chapel Mausoleum in Vienna.
